Philatelic Moments

Visitors of the Stamp Fair in Sindelfingen (which took place end October 2005) wished to buy a booklet of the most impressive exhibits. Here are bothe the booklets - but available only in a German edition:

This book shows at least one stamp from almost all the British-occupied territories, each with a short descriptive note. All the areas are arranged geographically, and - in addition, there is an alphabetical index. This publication is indispensable for the serious collector of the stamps of Great Britain and the British Empire!

This work takes the reader on a journey through the philatelic history of the former British colony. It shows among other things the many problems which the 19th century postal service had to deal with, when stamps which had been ordered from Britain did not arrive.
